1. Complete my thesis project and graduate master's program with a 4.0.

2. Strengthen my knowledge of SQL; Be able to write more technical functional requirements.

3. Explore Visual Basic scripting for development of Excel scripts.

4. Purchase my first real estate investment property.

5. Be more generous toward others.
